Containerized storage reshaping grid reliability

Containerized storage reshaping grid reliability

Energy storage is becoming a critical infrastructure layer that enables organizations to manage energy more proactively and efficiently. Containerized battery energy storage systems are at the center of that shift: factory-built, pre-integrated units that arrive on site ready to connect, scale, and operate.

One container, up to 5 MWh

Our utility-scale platform spans 3.9 to 5 MWh per container, with liquid cooling, a 12P384S cell configuration, and continuous charge/discharge at up to 1C. Round-trip energy efficiency reaches 94 percent, and the systems operate from -20 to 50 degrees Celsius at altitudes up to 2,000 metres.

Grid-forming, not just grid-following

Built with advanced grid-forming controls for reliable grid support, the systems provide a switch-over response time of 80 milliseconds. For operators, that means critical loads stay online through grid events, and renewable generation can be integrated without compromising stability.

Safety engineered at every level

Fire protection is customizable for battery packs and clusters, and the platform is certified to UL 9540, UL 1973, UL 9540A, UN 38.3, NFPA 69, and NFPA 855, with warranties extendable up to 20 years.

Proven in the field

The architecture is already operating at scale: an 80 MWh / 40 MW energy storage system with liquid cooling, a 5 MWh / 5 MW high-rate system with a 2x2.5 MW PCS configuration, and a 630 kW / 660 kWh CESS01 cabinet on high-rate LFP blade cells. Containerized storage is not an experiment. It is how modern grid reliability gets built.
